問題描述 1.Blood flow study-Loss of deep venous return from calf to thigh and tortous colalteral venous return withdistribance in the junction of GSC & CFV in the right swelling leg.-Faint deep venous return without over collateral venous formation in the left leg.2.Blood pool study (after removing tourniquet in the bilaterl knees and ankles)-deep venous flow with stasis pattern in the iliac-femoral junction of right swelling leg.-deep venous flow with collaterals in the left leg.3.Intact deep venous drainage in the bilateral iliac portion.Imprssion:1.Asymmertrically swelling right leg with disturbance of collateral in GVS/CFV and stasis in iliac femoral jounction;highly consistent with DVT in the iliac femoral junction.US of leg is recommended.2.Relative hyprremia in the abdomen
